Arefeh is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and member of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA). She completed a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Wollongong.

Arefeh has experience in providing nutritional therapy across a range of chronic health conditions. She strongly believes in providing clients with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve their health goals.

Arefeh practises a client-centred approach, offering advice tailored for the individual. She offers the additional service of a comprehensive meal plan that is individualised to the clients’ health condition, likes and dislikes and current eating pattern. She provides support and motivation to assist her clients in achieving their goals.

Arefeh is passionate about evidence-based practice and keeps up-to-date with the latest scientific evidence and best practice guidelines.
